Should be able to distill down to 1) why opportunity exists, 2) how we are different, 3) how we get paid… as such (example of short thesis):
(There is a difference between “Business Overview” and “Business Model”… you need to explain how biz makes revenue, contract duration, ASP, volume, revenue recognition… what does it actually do to make money - the business model itself). In your Company Overviews - highlight the business model thoroughly.
On “Quantify the Impact” if you are right / wrong… if you are right, X multiple on X operating driver, if you are wrong then Y multiple on Y operating driver. Today it’s at Z multiple on Z operating driver.
