Error-Check
- If you think the deck is ready, it’s not ready
- Your MD or direct report can miss errors also
- You should always do one last check before turning in the presentation
Check for:
- Check #1: Spelling and Grammar (F7)
- Check #2: Document Inspector (Alt, F, I, I)
- Check #3: Fonts (Alt, H, R, O for Replace Fonts)
- Check #4: Spacing (Ctrl + H, search for “ ”)
- Check #5: Slide Show (F5) and Alignment/Consistency
You need to have a QAT (Quick Access Toolbar), which helps you perform keyboard shortcuts quicker:

Go into your PPT options and upload the above QAT file in your “Ribbon” section, you’ll have access to all of my shortcuts in your ribbon.
